7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of any supplier or for delays, cancellations, damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or health-related events.

We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events.

Return and Refund Policy

At Milan’s Bazaar Travel Co., every journey is custom-crafted to reflect your unique travel goals and preferences. Because of the personalized nature of our planning process and our partnerships with third-party suppliers, certain payments and deposits may be non-refundable.
1. General Policy
Our curated travel services often involve coordination with multiple vendors such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Once planning and booking begin, applicable supplier terms and non-refundable fees may apply.
2. Deposits
Deposits paid to secure travel arrangements or confirm itineraries are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. This includes deposits made directly to third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, or tour operators).
3. Cancellations by the Client
If you wish to cancel your trip after confirmation:
- More than 60 days before travel: You may be eligible for a partial refund, less supplier or administrative fees.
- Less than 60 days before travel: Refunds are generally unavailable due to third-party supplier restrictions; however, any recoverable amounts will be processed in accordance with each vendor’s policy.
4. Cancellations by Suppliers or Third Parties
If a supplier (hotel, airline, or tour operator) cancels or alters your booking, their individual policies will apply. Milan’s Bazaar Travel Co. will assist in facilitating any applicable refunds or credits but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
5. Service Fees
All Milan’s Bazaar Travel Co. consultation, itinerary design, and coordination fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly encourage the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, delays, or emergencies beyond our control.
