Refund eligibility varies depending on the terms of third-party suppliers. Milan’s Bazaar Travel Co. will act on your behalf to coordinate applicable refunds or credits but cannot guarantee reimbursement for non-refundable bookings.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travel documentation—including passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements—is valid and complete before travel. Milan’s Bazaar Travel Co. is not liable for losses incurred due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices, availability, and supplier policies are subject to change without notice until payment is confirmed.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, branding, and design—is the exclusive property of Milan’s Bazaar Travel Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Milan’s Bazaar Travel Co. acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of any supplier, nor for delays, cancellations, damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or health-related events.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events.
