Payment and Refund Policy

At Milan’s Bazaar Travel Co., transparency and professionalism are essential to every curated experience. The following outlines our fee structure, payment procedures, and refund guidelines.

1. Travel Design Fee

A one-time $250 Travel Design Fee secures your consultation and reserves your place in our itinerary queue.

We’ll begin curating your journey as soon as payment is received.

2. Service Fee

A 12% Service Fee is applied once your travel plans are confirmed and invoiced through Milan’s Bazaar Travel Co.

This fee reflects our professional planning, coordination, and concierge services, calculated on the total cost of your booked travel and billed separately from airline, hotel, or tour-operator charges.

3. Payment Timing & Invoice Issuance

Trip bookings should be confirmed within 30 days of invoice issuance. After that period, rates and availability may change, and a new quote or design fee may apply.

Invoices are issued electronically, and all payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise noted.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments may be made via secure online payment links (Stripe, credit card, or other approved processors).

Payment confirmation is required before itinerary design or booking begins.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

All Milan’s Bazaar Travel Co. fees are non-refundable and apply solely to our travel design and coordination services.

Third-party bookings (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) are subject to each supplier’s own refund and cancellation policies.

6. Cancellations & Adjustments

If a trip is canceled, postponed, or changed after confirmation:

• Milan’s Bazaar Travel Co. fees remain non-refundable.
• Any eligible supplier refunds will follow the policies of the respective vendor.
• New or rescheduled arrangements may require an additional Travel Design Fee.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the policies of third-party suppliers and typically issued within 10–30 business days of vendor approval.
